Prevalidation can be added for bulk actions for long running tasks:
- Start tasks - only newly created tasks can be started - add information about already executed task (count), which will not be started.
- Cancel tasks - only currently running tasks can be cancelled - add information about tasks (count), which cannot be cancelled.
