Ignore MIME type in ImportRolesFromCSVExecutor, because CSVs created on Windows have wrong MIME types and can't be imported.
The change was already done in https://github.com/bcvsolutions/czechidm-extras/commit/ddc1cfbe7314b7ccd4afa804893db4c1a9ba4d45, but it wasn't merged to develop.
