Support the usage a role with role's attributes in business role

Description

Affected version 9.7.4

Usecase:
  1. Configure a role with attributes (one of them is required)
  2. Create a business role with this role set as a sub role
  3. Create role a request to add this business role role to a user
  4. Currently:
    1. you won't be able to fill the parameters
    2. If you add the business role and submit the request anyways, it will fail with an exception "2019-08-28T16:01:19.046+02:00: Identity-role [863222b9-92f0-4ada-a0af-085dea74c6ef] (for role [role]) has unvalid attribute [attr]!"
  5. Expected:
    1. show a dialog to fill the parameters and allow the user to fill them

Please implement this feature.

This is big feature and we don't plan to implementing it in the version 9.7.x for now.
