I've updated react-select npm component and fixed this issue - content in dropdown menu is loaded after drop down is opened. This feature speed up every forms with select boxes (loading is not executed, when form is shown, but when select box is opened => only when is loading needed).
Could you make a test and review please?

This is so amazing upgrade of this component. Tested on FE - everything works perfectly. I didn't found any problem.
