New IdM does not have msgcats that can localize the form field notes (and does not support this at all).
When configuring the SSH connector, all form fields have comments like "SSH_HOST_HELP", "SSH_SCRIPT_CREATEGROUP_HELP", ...
We actually have the msgcats here: https://github.com/bcvsolutions/ssh-connector/blob/master/ssh-connector/src/main/java/eu/bcvsolutions/idm/connector/ssh/Messages.properties but we should propagate them as text to the IdM (not to propagate only their placeholders).
