Description

CAW return only codes 0 and 1. And in messages is return state of certificate. And openssl changes behavior with returned messages between version:

OpenSSL 1.0.1k  2015
OpenSSL 1.1.0g  2017

After this change doesn't work revocation and status message.

I did test and review on my environment (OpenSSL 1.0.1k 2015) it still works, code is nice.

Note: Caw documentation should be updated, which version OpenSSL is supported or some result codes should be added. Now are returned raw OpenSSL result messages and it can be changed agein in the future ...
