Please allow more user identifiers in public password change.
The main complication is that pwd-reset module supports different user identifiers (idm.pub.pwdreset.allowed.attrs).
So users can reset a password by their externalCode or email, but they cannot change given password with the same identifier.

This feature should be implemented in the reset module not in the product.
How you can execute user reset of password by email? Email is not unique. What happends if two users have the same email now (in reset pwd module)?
