Release version 2.1.0

This version doesn't contains new features. It is just upgrade from core version 8.1.7 to 9.3.*

After upgrade to version 9.3.0 i recive at least 19 errors in tests. This is probabaly something with test profile. I starting with debug.

The main problem was with setup test profile on Jenkins. Product modules has specific settings -Ptest for reg module and probably another modules must be set -Dspring.profiles.active=test
