Delete all operations/entity events from the identity detail deletes also operations for other identities

Version: 8.1.7
The buttons Provisioning - "Delete all operations" and Entity events - "Delete all entity events" that are in the detail of identity deletes operations/events for all identities.
Please remove these buttons from the identity detail, it's dangerous to use (some of us think it implicitly means "all operations/events for this identity").

Delete all operations/entity events from the identity detail was fixed in the verion 9.1.0.
This ticket will solve only the second button on the provisioning operation table.
