Rename security.jwt.expirationTimeout to idm.sec.core.security.jwt.expirationTimeout and plugin it to ConfigurationService.

I've created two new configuration keys:

idm.sec.core.security.jwt.expirationTimeout
idm.sec.core.security.jwt.secret.token

and used them in DefaultLoginService.
