Manually unlink account

Description
Please enable manually unlink account from identity without deleting it. Please allow unlinking also if the account is in the protected mode.
This is necessary for production use.
Use case:
Accounts are linked to wrong identities (there were duplicities in logins). The system has protected mode. I need to unlink the account from the wrong identity and then link it to correct identity. But I'm not able to unlink the account from GUI.

I think there is way how manually procces the changed of account owner via GUI.
Scenario:
- I have user A with account A_account.
- I want to link account A_account to the user B.
- First you have to go to user B and create relation (owned) to account A_account.
- Then go to the user B and delete duplicated relation.
Basic rule for this is: Account (AccAccount) is deleted after deleting the last of IdentityAccount relation (with checked 'owner').

Thanks, your scenario works. Unfortunately, I need also set "Assigned by role" for that relation (user B has role "AD" and the link must exist by this role only - there mustn't be "empty" link). Can I do it somehow?

There is no way how do it now (via GUI). We doesn't have a endpoint for identity-role now, so this will be a little complicated.
