IdStory Identity Manager

We would like to notify the user who has been assigned an unresolved (approval or any) task created some time (e .g. two weeks) ago. The user would receive an e-mail summarizing his/her unresolved tasks to a single list of links to each task. The notification should be sent once a day (scheduled task). It would be nice if the notification wasn't sent every day unless the list changed (nice-to-have feature) but e. g. once a week.
