Tree structure can be flagged "turn off evaluating managers and subordinates" => contractual relations with this tree type will be ignored for filters finding subordinates and managers.
e.g. it's not needed to evaluate subordinates by some additional tree structure.
Add appropriate column to tree structures (true by default) with change script and update all filters for subordinates and managers:
