Use-case: The administrator wants to know about errors that occurred during synchronization (in my case unsuccessfully created entities due to missing dependency of synchronizations - #1325). The synchronization runs every 15 minutes, so there is a lot of synchronization logs to check. It will be helpful to set in the synchronization configuration logs an e-mail or a user/users, that will be notified in case of errors.
