Add new identity contract attribute - state: - add state enumeration ENABLED, ACTIVE, DISABLED, VZPE, BEFORE_VALID, AFTER_VALID - change disabled attribute - preset by new state - add validation mechanism - invalid dates has higher priority. Preset state by validity dates - change identity contract queries - disabled attribute will be used instead validity dates - change LRT - update state when contract starts to be in/valid - refactor hr workflow processes to processors. - provide change script - disabled attribute will be mapped to state VZPE and set to false New attibute state will be editable in FE and by synchronization.
