Contain "Add to queue" function to LongRunningTask detail page

Description

It would be nice, if there is not only function "remove" from queue but also function "add" to queue.

What: Basic idea of this function is to be able to add entity which you do not want to process in current task. So it will be added into queue.
Where: Settings-Task scheduler-All tasks-detail of task-Queue

Entities are not always same so we have to count with all available and cannot use one specific service.

+1 To this feature. Use case:
1) We have task "ContractEndNotificationTask" which notifies managers of users when their contract ends.
2) We need to create some users, whose contracts already ended long long time ago.
3) We don't want to notify managers of these users. So we need to somehow add their contracts to the queue of the ContractEndNotificationTask.
