Description

Previously, we used the README.md as the primary documentation location. This should be moved to the wiki.
Also, there is no mention about the CAW in the wiki - we must correct that and link it with the ca module documentation therein.

I partially migrated CAW readme into our wiki - the ca module page. Migrated: caw description, features and installation.
