Description

Implement logic for queue agenda of items. It should support delete, add and should be achievable from LongRunningTask Detail. Also LRT items in each LRT should support operations delete and add.

I will create link from LRT item detail, which will go to current LRT type table where you will find what's inside the queue. There I will create selectbox of operation delete (will be run again). Also will add text field with button which will take id of entity from selectbox which you need to put into queue (won't be runned).

Inside LRT detail table should be operation add to queue (won't be runned) and delete from queue (run again).

I did test and review, see review notes in #621.

Agenda of Task Items is merged into develop and works now. Delete item from queue works too. Add please documentation and create new tickets for unimplemented features (add item into queue ...).
