Description

Entity IdmProcessedTaskItem should be refactored deeply - use entity (entityType + entityIdentifier) instead dto as column, rename table to keep LRT and items together.

This ticket will be a little complicated, because backward compatibility. Entity and db table can be renamed, but dto should remain untouch.
