Description

The progress bar shows the progress incorrectly. This happened when I was cancelling provisioning operations, switched to a different tab and then switched back.

I am not able to reproduce this issue, i need some additional information about browser and version.

How to reproduce:

Have a system with 100 operations in provisioning queue. Select them all and press cancel operation. Now immediately switch to some other tab. Wait a few seconds (~15) and switch back - the progress bar will try to slowly catch up.

But now it looks better than before. The catching up takes only cca 1 second which was significantly slower in the past. But it has a very low priority. I am using chrome 59.0.3071.115 64-bit.

Ok, so the effect is bigger, the longer the operation takes. Today, I was able to get this. Each cancel took like ~3s

I moved label with current progress below progress bar to prevent showing the progress bar incorrectly.

Cancel operations is done by bulk action and the progress bar on this feature works well. Thank you for your gui fixes.
