Description

Many notification templates (email templates) has unofficial name CzechIdMng as well as version# like v7 in both Message and Subject.
Many has also signature like BCV Solutions Inc. I guess All the best CzechIdM is better.

Pls review the templates and remove wrong software names, versions and company signature

Peter merged templete to our project. I still see some of the templates with CzechIdMng v7 in Subject - returnRequestIdentityRole, passwordExpired, returnRequestIdentityRole. Pls check them or contact Peter directly if there were some mistake with templetes upload.

Product name was renamed in all core and acc templates (saved on filesystem). Templates saved in database can be changed through FE.
