Description

Currently, the filter on the form Setting->Configuration works only for "Configuration" section. Hence the majority of the configuration is kept in config files, it should filter on all keys in the form.

Spotted on the online demo today.

After consulting with Ondrej Kopr, most confusing about this filter is that the first section is named Configuration - same as the menu button. So when I first came to the form I naturally presumed the filter works for whole page. I think renaming the section both Czech and English version would be nice :-) Filter across all sections would be better though.

All filters in application works for one panel. Add please new panel label suggestion, for both locales please.
