Sending sample notification by posting on endpoint /notification ends with Content type 'application/hal+json;charset=UTF-8' not supported exception.

I fixed the issue. I will write some tests to prevent future problems and hand it over for review. Implementation continues in branch psourek/smsNotification

I fixed the issue and wrote integration test that covers this particular aspect of API so it wont happen again.
Fix is in psourek/smsNotification commit d4396f0
