Templates detail fix editor with Apache velocity

Description
Problem is when save template with some Apache velocity macros, wysiwig editor add <br> tags or non-breaking space. This is break velicoty macros.
Find best solution and add two text areas:
1. WYSIWYG editor (Advanced),
2. simple text area with actual html.
