The goal of this task is to create two docker repositories under repo.iamappliance.com Nexus:
- Release repo - for customers (and also devs and jenkins). This repo already exists.
- In case the repo will need to be reworked, all images' references (repo.iamappliance.com:8443/bcv-*) must remain working.
- Snapshot repo - for devs and jenkins. This repo will contain nightly and testing builds.
- In the future, we should be able to offer testing repo access also to the customers. It MUST need some reconfiguration on the IAM appliance side because we need to be sure the customer does not stumble upon it by accident and borks their appliance instance.

New testing repo runs on repo.iamappliance.com:8445. Internally it uses different docker repo and different blobstore. Anything older than 30 days gets wiped.
Current production repo remains as-is.
Both things tested.
