Tested on 13.0.3
I changed password for an account and made several other operations (5 in total).

The provisioning operation with the new password is missing in the provisioning archive of the Account in the new Accounts agenda.

In the Systems - provisioning - archive agenda, the column "Entity type" is empty for this operation:
