Advanced workflow for role criticality approvement - two distinct authorizers

Description
Implement a new workflow based on #2260 - extras-approve-role-by-manager-and-guarantee - only skip the manager approval. So:
- The first approver is a role authorizer of type A; the second approver is a role authorizer of type B

The workflow is created, its code is extras-approve-role-by-multiple-authorizers.
Also, some of the messages in existing workflows were changed to be consistent with CzechIdM GUI: role guarantee -> role authorizer.

(Some of the nodes were incorrectly named "approval by role guarantees", but are in fact "approval by contract manager", so I renamed them as well. There is no impact on the real functionality.)
