Description
Bulk action for assign roles for identities (identity-add-role-bulk-action) is available for users with permission to change roles on all identity contracts only ~ identity manager (required permission CHANGEPERMISSION on Identity).
Support action for contract managers, when logged user can change roles on single contract only (permission CHANGEPERMISSION on Contract) and for role guarantees (permission CHANGEPERMISSION on Contract obtained transitively from guaranted role).
