Did some small refactoring and code clean up in connector.
Next is to check python and PS scripts and do some small clean up to.

After testing with Vitek, we found some bugs. They are already fixed.
From today testing I found on more issue on create operation with roles. It's fixed to.
- create without roles
- create with roles
- update roles only assign new one
- update roles only remove old ones
- update roles assign and remove in one operation
- delete account
All works correctly
I also tested provisioning in situation without cross domain enabled in IdM. AD connetor behave correctly. WinRM part behave correctly to.
It should be ready to feedback.
