Description

Add extended attributes to role - will be new tab on role detail with eav form.
Add extended attributes to tree nodes - will be new tab on tree node detail with eav form.

I've added eav attributes to role and tree node. I've added some classes in BE and FE to the easier work with eav.

Could you make a test and review, please?

  • compare with identity.

Working nice and clean, MP definitely will be satisfied :).

I just found some minor FE problem:
you add submenu into role and tree node -> change routes, but you forgot to add new routes into tables columns active link. After click I get empty site.

Everything else works perfectly!!
