I tested the 11.0.RC2 in our test system (https://testy.bcvsolutions.eu/squash/iterations/9/info) and found only minor things - see related tickets.
Good job.
(Environment: PostgreSQL 9.6.9, Java 11 OpenJDK, Apache Tomcat 8.5.27. Clean installation on PostgreSQL 13.2, Java 11 OpenJDK, Apache Tomcat 9.0.45 was also successful).
