Allow open links in CzechIdM in new panel (eq. by middle click)

Description
After menu reworking the items in menu are not able to open by function open in new panel. Each link are redirect to site without "/idm".

It is possible update these links and please allow open links by feature open in new panel? Because in some situation missing link and behavior with redirect will be probably made by inner react function. For example in user agenda:

Middle click on sidebar menu was already implemented in the meantime, commit:

+ link in identity table is different than in other places, since dashboard and projection are used. Middle click support added there to, commit:
