IdStory Identity Manager

I implemented first version:
- remote server is used internally, when available connector are loaded
- all conectors from local and all remote servers are loaded at once
- if connector is on more lacations (local or remote), then remote connector has higher priority

Known limitations, which will remain to be implemented:
- remote server can be switched from full system detail only
- different connector versions can be selected from full system detail only

Possible solutions:
- extend available connector content - show local and remote connectors in different panels
- add select box to the first wizard step
- add new modal window after connector type is selected, if the same connector is available on sifferent location and in different version

I did review and tested it very deeply. Thanks for this feature, which connected the connector servers and wizards, and made this version more amazing.
