LastContractEndNotificationTask add filter for identities

Description
Add LRT options
- filter users by formProjection
- Select box with system - If no system is selected send for all, if some system is selected, send only if user has account on the selected system.*
- filter by TreeNode
- Description updated (diff)
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Assignee set to Roman Kučera
- % Done changed from 0 to 70

I added localization for this LRT.
For form projection and for system we will set the item as not executed with proper message
For tree node, items are filtered so the number of items is really only the items in the node.
This behavior could be change but then the LRT will make multiple similar queries so that`s the reason why I solved it in the way above.
