Description
Aim of this ticket is to ensure backward compatibility for old project, where old version might be changed to new one. Part of this ticket is:
- If reg module is inicialized from previous version, there is error in UI, new inicialization did not run - need to be inicialized again
- There is also no existence of form definition for new entity
- There is obsolete module inicialization - now it is done via processors
