Description
The filter "Sending status" doesn't work correctly - if I select "Not sent", all items are returned. If I select "Sent", no items are returned.

- Affected versions Rhyolite (9.7.16) added
On 9.7.16 as well.
Also on the tab Notification -> SMS - same issue.
But "Notifications history" works fine.

Issue is there from the first IdM version. I had to split filter (predicate) for notification agenda and other agendas.
