Description

I want to create delegation where "Delegator" is disabled, e.g. manually blocked. IDM won't allow me to select a disabled identity when selecting "Delegator".
Also when I want to manually delegate task from approver who was disabled (e.g. end of contract after the task was created and the task is still unresolved). I cannot select the disabled users as a "Delegator".

You can create a delegation from the disabled identity. You only have to made this from the detail of this identity:

You can manualy delegate a tasks from disabled identity. You have to use filter on task agenda first (using filter is prefered way how use manual delegation bulk action):

Thank you for this description. This task has lower priority now.
Still, it would be nice if the form allowed to create delegation from inactive user.

I've added new face type to support select disabled identity in bulk actions. Now is possible to select disabled identity as delegator (manual + definition too).
