Missing entity type input on frontend permissions detail

Description
For entities that hasn't defined name of entity in name for example:
- App configuration,
- Connected systems,
- Confidential storage.
missing input entity type on permission edit detail. When I resave whole detail entity type will be removed. As workaround can be used select the input for every save again.

Undefined (null) policy authorizable type was wrongly included in option value identifier, fixed in commit:
