Description

Added user projection expects secured contract extended attributes (IdentityContractFormValueEvaluator was added in #2015), but original additional data tab remains unsecured.
Secure additional contract data tab and write note into change log + release notes.

When the support for secured extended attributes for contracts was added, when autorization policy modal dialog doesn't show the second ''IdentityContractFormValueEvaluator'', when policy is edited (create is ok). This is related with the same target group permission (''FORMVALUE'') - FE has to be refactored (choose different unique num select box key) together with this ticket.
