Description

Support execute LRT again, when task can be recovered or run again with the same conguration.
It will be usable after server is restarted and some LRT were canceled (this task can be restarted automatically in the future).

I've added new feature - LRT scheduled task again directly from long running task agenda.

I did review and test. Thanks for this very useful feature.

I was confused, why my sync cannot be executed again. The reason is simple: Only tasks created and running in version the 10.2.0 and higher can be run again! I added this warning to the documentation (for next confused people).
