Recalculate identity state

Description
Please add a possibility to recalculate identity state (according to its current contracts) - just evaluate its state and if it is disabled.
Maybe as a bulk action.
This little feature would help administrators in special cases, when HR processes didn't process everything correctly, or there were some other reasons why the state of identity was inconsistent with the state of its contracts.

I think it's too strong... Now you can "force" recalculation of identity state by setting identity contract to inactive and back, so I think you shouldn't need more permission for this bulk action. Identity update and contract update should be enough, in my opinion.
