Description

If I use redirection from infocart (URL contains ID instead username), then password information tab has loading.

I fixed using username vs. identity id for fetching permission for password (showLoading waited for different key).

I did test and review. No permanent loading is show, if ID of identity is in URL. Thanks for this fix.
