i found report compare-value-with-system-report, which i transfer to reports module. Think I let the report's code same, because this way it older reports could still be readable. But this report must be erased in extras module and it could not be used with older versions. I think it will be posible, since next month all modules will support new IdM version 10.
Then i found another report users-start-end. But this is part of daily czechIdM state notification, which also include lrt, topic and template. I think it should not be part of reports module.

I removed compare-value-with-system-report from Patrik's branch, because it's not standard report.
