Table: return removed show loading indicator

Description
Show loading indicator was removed for advanced table, when long polling was implemented (#1761).
We consider it was confusing, so we will return loading indicator back to tables (except long polling automatic refresh).

I made review, works ... loading is back. I don't like table loadings, but I understand of disadvantages. So thanks for that :-).
