Request detail localizations don't change

Description
Affected version 9.8.7
When I open virtual system request and then click to a flag to change the localization of IDM, main menu changes it's localization but the task detail stays in the previous language. When I go back and re-enter the task detail it's translated properly. This seems to be some reloading thing.

This is the cons of change localization without refresh the whole application, as you can read in change log:

I don't want to reload whole application again, but it depends on the discussion.

I sloved this issue in version 10.
All routing component will be recreated on change active language. This was made possible by new dynamic routing implemented in version 10.
It means this feature cannot be backported to LTS!
