Description
When you request or delegate the role to somebody and approval workflow is skipped, the label on the request shows "approving". But the role is assigned without any approving. Screenshot attached.

I can't simulate this state, but after the consultations, we think the request has not been processed yet. For example, due to other queued tasks / events. The "Approving" status actually means "In progress", which in this case is confusing and can be renamed.
