Description

Add possibility to show password generate from pwd-reset module on identity detail without IDENTITY_PASSWORDCHANGE - So hide the part for changing password.
The problem now is probably that the content of the page "Password" is displayed only if you have IDENTITY_PASSWORDCHANGE permission

Use case:
Have permissions to generate new password for my subordinates but to not have permission to change their password.

I've added the same authority from password reset module to routes and quick dashboard button (used in module descriptor before). It's ugly, but we don't have any mechanism to override (or register) authority in custom modules.
