SelectBox - selected values are not loaded

Description
When form is shown with SelectVox with more selecled values, which have to be loaded from rest, then selected values is not shown properly (setState problem?).

I've fixed problem with component setState asynchronously and add some optimalizations (loading entities onlz when is needed).
Could you make a review and test, please?

Feedback:
- Now is loading values show correctly
- When I tested I revealed another bug on SelectBox - when type some element whitch is non-existing a then dropdown menu show no element (bug?).
