Role detail - new tab with assigned users

Description
Add new tab on role detail with paginable table of user with this role (the same as subordinates with force filter on current role).
- Precedes Task #173: Show assigned users, when role is deleted added
- Due date set to 10/26/2016

- Follows Task #171: Identities list - add filters added
