Description

Filter for empty provisioning archives was added in #1393. Add filter into LRT for delete old provisioning archives too.

Filter preseted for default task initialization to 'true' - empty provisioning archives only.

I did review. LRT works corectlly. I found only one UI issue. When this LRT was already scheduled, then after opening can I see attribute (delete only with empty provisioning) set with value TRUE (because that is default value).
